Oprogramowanie to umożliwia zgłaszanie przestępstw online, wyświetlanie osób zaginionych, danych najbardziej poszukiwanych osób oraz szczegółowych informacji o wszystkich posterunkach policji w Kerali. Z serwerem może połączyć się dowolna liczba klientów. Każdy klient może zgłosić swoją sprawę za pośrednictwem tej strony. System elektronicznego zgłaszania przestępstw składa się z 3 modułów: administratora, posterunku i użytkownika. Administrator odgrywa główną rolę w tym systemie.
