Maritza Guerra Zaldívar (Cuba, 1956) lived in her native country until 2017, when she emigrated to the United States. She currently resides in Palm Beach County, Florida. A Doctor of Educational Sciences, she has published numerous articles in scientific journals and is co-author of The Evaluation of Management Leadership (2011). In 2025, with Bubok Publishing, she released The Art of Leading Life.
