Ce livre présente une évaluation quantitative des émissions associées aux projets de construction pendant leur phase de construction. L’approche proposée pour l’évaluation quantitative est réalisée pendant la phase de planification des projets de construction. L’approche est basée sur le calcul de la pollution générée pour chaque activité impliquée dans le projet, du fait des poussières, des gaz nocifs et du bruit. Le résultat de l’évaluation quantitative serait utilisé pour comparer différentes alternatives pendant la phase de planification, ainsi que pour ajuster le plan afin de minimiser les impacts, autant que possible.
