Inhaltsangabe:Gang der Untersuchung: Zu Beginn der Arbeit wird in Kapitel 1 „betriebliche Weiterbildung“ definiert und gegenüber anderen Bildungsformen abgegrenzt. Desweiteren werden im Sinne einer Einführung verschiedene Aspekte der betrieblichen Weiterbildung beschrieben. Es wird festgehalten: Die Qualifikation des Trainers ist ein wichtiges Element für den Erfolg betrieblicher Weiterbildung. Dem steht jedoch gegenüber: - „Trainer“ ist keine geschützte Berufsbezeichnung, es kann sich jeder Trainer nennen. - Trainer besitzen keinen geregelten Ausbildungsgang und kein Berufsbild. - es kein allgemein verbindliches „Gütesiegel“ für Trainer. - es besteht ein Mangel an wissenschaftlicher Literatur bzw. empirischen Untersuchungen zum Thema Trainer-Qualifikation. Hieraus ergibt sich die Problemstellung, die Qualifikation des Trainers zu untersuchen, und zwar anhand dreier Perspektiven: - die Qualifikation aus der Sicht der Teilnehmer von betrieblichen Weiterbildungen. - aus der Sicht von Personalverantwortlichen, die Trainer engagieren bzw. Vorgesetzte der Trainer sind. - aus der Sicht der Trainer selbst.. Diese drei Gruppen stellen die Stichprobe der empirischen Untersuchung dar. In Kapitel 2 werden Verfahren und Methoden erörtert, um die Qualifikation von Trainern zu untersuchen (sog. Anforderungsanalyse). Die Wahl fiel auf zwei halbstandardisierte Verfahren, die Repertory Grid-Technik und die Critical Incident-Technik (Erläuterung siehe unten). Diese haben den Vorteil: - keine Beurteilungsmerkmale vorzugeben. - konkrete Erlebnisse mit Trainern zum Gegenstand zu haben. - mit ihnen alle drei obigen Gruppen in gleicher Weise befragen zu können. In den nächsten Kapiteln wird: - der Stand der Literatur zum Thema Trainer-Qualifikation darstellt. - es werden Stellenanzeigen für Trainer untersucht. - und es wird die eigene empirische Untersuchung dargestellt.
