To the devastating earthquake of 2010 which finished dismantling a state noted for arrersted development, to the 2021 murder of President Jovenel Moise by the Colombian Dons and the rise of a new Haiti thereafter of gangalnd in Port au Prince and the Artibonite region driven by two irreconcilable transnational organised crime models in Haiti, Pax Mexicana and the Colombian Dons. This work also includes part two of a Trinidad and Tobago Dossier on the illicit trades in T&T and their impact on the social order of T&T through the years, with emphasis on analysis of the dual model of transnational organised crime which exists in Trinidad and Tobago in the 21st century.
