Following a tragic event in his childhood, Michael Carlson, a Stanford Graduate Student in 2004, devotes all of his college studies to discovering the science behind time travel. Despite having little support from his friends and colleagues, Carlson believes he will be the first person to discover time travel, right up until a mysterious man, by the name of Harvey Wells, breaks Carlson’s entire reality when he reveals to Michael that he is not the first person to discover time travel.
