Le peptide pénétrant dans les cellules (CPP) est une expression de peptides principalement cationiques, généralement composés de 5 à 30 acides aminés, qui sont capables de pénétrer la membrane cellulaire. En fusionnant des molécules qui, à elles seules, n’ont pas la capacité de pénétrer la membrane cellulaire, avec le CPP, l’infiltration devient possible. Le gène construit (codant pour TS1-218+CPP) a été extrait de l’ADN plasmidique purifié (pET 26 b (+)) et lié au vecteur pPICZαA. Cet ADN recombiné a été électroporé dans E. coli, puis transféré dans P. pastoris au cours d’étapes supplémentaires. Pour les études futures, il sera intéressant de transformer avec succès le vecteur avec le gène dans les cellules Pichia. En outre, l’intérêt principal est d’augmenter leur production de protéines et d’analyser son effet sur les cellules cancéreuses épithéliales.
