Lo scopo di questo libro è dimostrare la correlazione esistente tra la soddisfazione dei dipendenti e quella dei clienti riguardo ai servizi forniti dalle piccole e medie imprese che sviluppano software. Per quanto riguarda la metodologia, la presente ricerca è stata definita quantitativa e causale. Il metodo di studio è stato, tipicamente, il sondaggio, che ha cercato di descrivere e spiegare i dati di una determinata popolazione. Lo strumento di raccolta dati è stato un questionario strutturato, somministrato a 150 clienti e 180 dipendenti di aziende sviluppatrici di software e sottoposto ad analisi quantitativa. Il campione comprendeva 50 aziende sviluppatrici di software, appartenenti all’Associazione delle Aziende Brasiliane di Tecnologia dell’Informazione (ASSESPRO), filiale di Minas Gerais, con sede a Belo Horizonte.
